Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns for:

• Customized items
• Instant download items
  once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

Revisions & Support

We offer a 5-day revision period during which you may request corrections or minor changes at no additional cost.

However, if you choose to proceed with printing your files before requesting corrections, we will not be able to issue refunds or reprints.
This policy is necessary because digital files are considered used and delivered once downloaded.
