At Venusartisticdesign, all of our products are delivered digitally via email.

Immediate Download

After completing your purchase, you will either:

• Be prompted to download the file immediately, or
• Receive an email with instructions to download your file.

In either case, the ability to download or the receipt of the email will be considered as successful delivery of your digital product.

Download Issues

If you are unable to download your file or do not receive your email:

• Please contact us within 1 day of your order.
• Failure to contact us within this period will be considered as acceptance that the product has been received and delivered.
