We sell digital invitations for children's parties. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Products

All our products are digital invitations delivered in PDF format via email.
We do not sell physical products.

Orders and Payments

Orders can be placed directly through our website.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Once payment is confirmed, the digital invitation will be automatically delivered to the email address provided during checkout.

Delivery

Digital invitations are sent immediately after purchase to the email address provided.
If, for any reason, you do not receive your file, please contact us at venusartisticdesign@gmail.com, and we will promptly resend the invitation.

Please make sure the email address you provide is accurate and active at the time of order.

Customization

If you would like to customize your invitation, feel free to send us a request via email.
A customization fee may apply depending on the request. You will be informed of the amount and must approve it before we proceed.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our products, refunds are not available once the file has been delivered.
If your order has not yet been processed or sent, you may contact us to request a cancellation and full refund.

Copyright

All copyrights and trademarks for any character images used belong to their respective owners. These characters are not for sale and are included free of charge.
Our service covers only the time and design effort put into creating a personalized product.

Our files are designed for personal use and home printing. You may also print them at a photo lab, although some labs might refuse to print copyrighted images. In such cases, we do not issue refunds.
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided during checkout.
Please note that the colors you see on your screen may vary slightly from the printed version, depending on your printer and monitor settings.
